Weddings, Events, Parties, Showers, Tea Parties,
Meetings and Receptions
We
have a minimum facility fee of $2,500 for use of the grounds. All events
are held on the grounds, with the exception of groups under 30. (Small
groups may use the Grand Salon and Dining Room in the Manor.)
All events over 75 invitees must include the rental of all seven of
our guest rooms for a minimum of 2 nights. This sleeps 15 guests. We
do this so outside guests staying at the Inn but not part of the event
would not be disturbed by an event. The exception for the mandatory
room rental for two nights is Sundays. On Sunday through Thursday events
can be held without the rental of all rooms.
Package A - $25,000 - Room Rental for three nights, (entire
Inn) unlimited events during the three days and nights and unlimited
invitees. Can also include our tent
if needed.
Package B - Facility Fee (Not using our tent) $1500 to $3500. Call for information
Package C - Off Season Rates available for Room Specials and Indoor Events, Conferences, and Private Dinner Parties. Call for information.
All the above are subject to applicable taxes and service fee.
