Functions / Events
It is possible to have the Inn reserved for Conferences, Weddings, Parties, and other events including whole house rentals, for House Parties.
We
have a minimum facility fee of $1,500 for use of the grounds. All events
are held on the grounds, with the exception of groups under 25. (Small
groups may use the Grand Salon and Dining Room in the Manor.)
All events over 50 invitees must include the rental of all seven of
our guest rooms for a minimum of 2 nights. This sleeps 15 guests. We
do this so outside guests staying at the Inn but not part of the event
would not be disturbed by an event.
Facility Fees:
0 - 25 Invitees $1,500
26-50 inivitees $3,000
51-100 invitees $6,000
101-150 invitees $9,000
151-200 invitees $12,000
This does not include tent rental, catering, entertainment etc...
Off Season Rates available for Room Specials and Indoor Events, Conferences, and Private Dinner Parties. Call for information.
All the above are subject to applicable taxes and service fee.
